Installing puppy on a usb key

Ok, first of all, it didn't work for me, but try one at least, and see if it works for you. I know it does for other's

These are the screenshots of my installation on my usb key
Problem, it works a couple of time, and then it desn't boot anymore (it boots a couple of times and then, usually after i switch OS in between, because i've got dual booting, it doesn't want to boot anymore,. It goes directly to Grub)
Doesn't work with mbrfat.bin either.
So the only thing that seems to work for me , is accompagnied with the live cd to boot

Bad usb key? Don't think so. Because i tried it with an sd card to, and it s exactly the same result

Trying something else
